Announcement: 5th Annual RockPile Summer Olympics!

Location: Buffalo SEM's Larkin Field, Elmwood Village

Get ready for an unforgettable day of fitness and fun at the 5th Annual RockPile Summer Olympics! This year’s event promises to be bigger and better than ever. Gather a friend and form a team of two to compete in a series of exciting workouts.

Event Details:

• Teams: 2 people per team
• Division: One division with appropriate RX and Scaled modifications (similar to the CrossFit Open)
• Guaranteed Workouts: 3 workouts + 1 floater workout
• Cost: $90 per team (includes a commemorative jersey!)

Important Information:

• Jersey Sizes: If you prefer a specific jersey size, you MUST REGISTER BY FRIDAY 7/5! Otherwise, sizes will be first come, first serve.

What to Expect:

• Outdoor Adaptations: No pull-ups or rig work. This competition is designed to be friendly and accessible for everyone.
• Prizes: Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams.

We’re aiming for 20 teams, so come fitness with us and make this event a huge success!
